French Toast


4 slices French bread
1 cup almond milk (or other alternative)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 TBSP flour
1 TBSP sugar
1 TBSP nutritional yeast
oil (for griddle)
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)


Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon and nutritional in a bowl big enough to lay your bread flat in. Pour milk into dry mixture while stirring. Dip slices of bread in mixture making sure to coat both sides. Set on oiled, hot griddle until brown. Flip over and brown the other side. Serve with maple flavored agava syrup
